“The best driver in all of Rajasthan”
My friend and I were traveling around Rajasthan in August and happened to luck out and meet Janu at the train station in Jaipur. He was super helpful in getting us where we needed to go to meet our driver that our hotel had sent for us. However, after waiting 15 mins with our driver not showing up, Janu offered to take us to our hotel free of charge. He is very professional and super sweet - we decided to hire him for the next day to drive us around Jaipur which was amazing - he took us to a few places that were not in our guide books and were tourist free, but beautiful. I stayed at this hotel one night. My room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated with hand drawn Rajasthani styled decor. It was such a pretty room with big windows and plenty of light. The beds were appointed with fresh, crisp sheets. The bathroom so sparkling clean and new. I will stay here again! Also the restaurant on the rooftop is a great place to enjoy the cool evening. There was a puppet show happening the night I was there put on by two brothers. Also, the manager of the hotel, Janu Khan is a wonderful host. El hotel me resultó muy ruidoso. Mi habitación estaba pegada a unos apartamentos y, como mi ventana estaba rota no podía cerrarla por lo que me despertaban en la mañana los gritos de los vecinos. Pero en Jaipur tuve la suerte de encontrar a JANU KHAN, un guía que con su auto me llevó a conocer lugares fantásticos en Jaipur. A very nice haveli style hotel with spacious rooms, basic but clean. The best thing is they have a lovely garden with flowers and peacocks. The restaurant serves delicious food and they have an outdoor seating. Here I met a fabulous driver, he speaks English very well, knows Jaipur and all the good places and shops.
